My Story

I have worked in fashion for over 25 years. Firstly as a fashion editor and stylist for various magazines before working as a freelance stylist. I then started teaching fashion to degree level before starting my own kids magazine in 2014.

I now dedicate my time to women. Helping them feel more visible and empowered through their wardrobes. I believe all women can dress how they want to, regardless of age, size and race. I want brands to sit up and take notice of the women who shop in their stores but feel under-represented. I want to see women of all ages in advertising campaigns, modelling for big brands, featured in magazines, their voices heard in the fashion space and showing their true style. Because everyone can wear every style.

I am here to give support and encouragement to anyone who feels like they have lost their way in terms of fashion and beauty. My blog gives ideas of how to get the look/ work your wardrobe or tap into a trend.

I aim to be as inclusive as possible in terms of sizes and budgets, but i’ll always try to keep sustainability in mind. I am open to any ideas and always welcome conversations around fashion. I am here to help as best I can.
